How Are Rhino Signs Made?

The best signs on the market don’t happen by accident. No, as convenient as that would be, the best utility and construction signs are crafted in Minnesota. Here’s how we do it, step-by-step.

Step 1: The Customer

The sign making process begins with a customer in need. The customer calls one of Rhino’s Damage Prevention Consultants (DPCs) and explains what they need to accomplish with their signage. The DPC then makes suggestions on materials for the customer’s application.

Step 2: The Artwork

Our in-house graphic designer works with the customer to achieve the look they’re after.

Step 3: Customer Service

A friendly customer service representative inputs the order and send a confirmation email to the customer.

Step 4: The Artwork Travels to Production

The signs are printed on a state-of-the-art digital printer, capable of printing with unlimited colors at no extra cost.

Step 5: Coating

The signs are coated with a proprietary and patent pending coating, Rhino UV Armor. The signs are UV treated and come backed with a 10-year warranty.

Step 6: The Cut

An advanced CNC cutting machine cuts the signs into unlimited shapes at no extra cost.

Step 7: The Logistics

The signs are stacked. The signs are boxed. The signs are shipped directly to the customer

And that’s how the best signs on the market are made.  Rhino UV Armor signs are made precisely for the application needed, built to stand the test of time, and are endlessly customizable.
